On 12th April, a group of women came together for an evening centered on sound healing, reflection, and community. In today’s fast-paced world that constantly demands more from us, this was a moment to slow down, to reconnect—with ourselves and with others.
The gathering offered a chance to step away from the everyday stressors and tune in to something restorative: our own health and well-being. Sound healing played a central role. Gentle vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes created a calming environment that supported relaxation, nervous system balance, and emotional release. It wasn’t about doing more—it was about giving the body and mind space to reset.
